A bit more about me
Over my HR career I've had the privilege of working with many different people and scenarios, and enabling individuals and teams to achieve great things. More recently I have been working as a Coach, once again supporting people and teams towards positive outcomes.
My background allows me to operate with an invaluable grasp of the organisational context, but without losing sight of the individual. So, whether you are employee or employer, I will help you make sense of these two (often dichotomous) perspectives, through my intricate appreciation of both.
In my relationships I achieve rapport quickly and always show up as my genuine self, armed with the passion and skills to do change-making work together. I’m passionate about helping people to understand what’s really going on, breaking down
stumbling blocks and releasing full potential.
Everything I have done, enjoyed and excelled at so far in life has led me here; and I can't wait to share the infinite value of great coaching with you.

What to expect in a discovery call
The overall effectiveness of coaching will rest on how the coach and the coachee bring themselves to each session, and to the coaching relationship in general. An initial, informal discovery call (with no cost or obligation) will allow us to see if we have the rapport to create the very best conditions for coaching together. My coachees must feel comfortable in the space that I provide and feel assured of trust, safety and confidentiality.
One of the most important goals for the discovery call is to assess rapport. Typically, when rapport is right, the conversation can flow. Rapport is also the unique element that may lead you to select me as your coach.
Other key topics you might expect us to cover in your discovery call include:
• What’s going on for you and why you have come to coaching.
• Reiterating what coaching is (vs counselling vs mentoring).
• Covering how I work, for example the tools and models I may use.
• How you like to work.
• The number and frequency of sessions that I would recommend.
• The approximate cost of your bespoke assignment.
• Any questions you have for me!
