COLLABORATION AND COHERENCE THROUGH COACHING
By collaborating with Kindling on a bespoke program of coaching within your organisation, we can:
For employers wanting to share the benefit of coaching with as many employees as possible, a coaching clinic or bespoke workshop could be ideal.
Kindling will work with you to design a day of bitesize sessions, or to deliver something like a wellbeing-focussed 'Lunch & Learn' session, covering the common traits which hold people back: imposter syndrome, managing stress, performance anxiety, to name a few.
Kindling builds coaching partnerships with enlightened organisations to deliver sustainable outcomes.
I will take the time to understand your business and to design an optimum coaching program, before undertaking
your bespoke assignment. Here is an example of how our conversation and partnership may progress
from my initial appointment as coach.
Pinpointing your organisation's need for coaching.
We'll work together to nail down what purpose and value coaching could have for your organisation; whether as a one-off assignment or an ongoing need. For example, is the focus on current performance or future development?
Defining what success will 'look like'.
We’ll agree what success will look like, and how we'll broadly measure that. For example, progress made towards individual action plans, progress made between pre- and post-peer feedback, and levels of engagement or promotion.
Engaging with a coachee for the first time.
I'll have an intro call with each new coachee ahead of their first coaching session. This conversation may be with or without the line manager present, and will confirm the organisational context for the coaching and aim to start building rapport.
Kicking off the coaching.
I’ll meet each coachee at an agreed frequency and on a 1:1 basis, meaning the line manager will
not
be present during sessions to ensure confidentiality.
Obtaining data to measure the success of the coaching, in the agreed way.
As the content of the individual coaching sessions will never be shared, the success of the coaching assignment will only be measured in the pre-agreed way.
Thriving employees, outstanding employers.
Through access to a coaching program, you will have equipped your employees with the clarity, confidence and drive for success. You will also have made yourself a stand-out employer to current and future employees by the benefits and opportunities you provide.

A BIT MORE ABOUT KINDLING
Kindling offers bespoke coaching solutions to help teams, organisations and individuals navigate matters of change, confidence and capability.
A bit more about me
Over my HR career I've had the privilege of working with many different people and scenarios, and enabling individuals and teams to achieve great things. More recently I have been working as a Coach, once again supporting people and teams towards positive outcomes.
My background allows me to operate with an invaluable grasp of the organisational context, but without losing sight of the individual. So, whether you are employee or employer, I will help you make sense of these two (often dichotomous) perspectives, through my intricate appreciation of both.
In my relationships I achieve rapport quickly and always show up as my genuine self, armed with the passion and skills to do change-making work together. I’m passionate about helping people to understand what’s really going on, breaking down
stumbling blocks and releasing full potential.
Everything I have done, enjoyed and excelled at so far in life has led me here; and I can't wait to share the infinite value of great coaching with you and your organisation.

What to expect in a discovery call
Typically my key contact within an organisation is a senior member of the HR, L&D or Leadership Team. An initial, informal discovery call (with no cost or obligation) will allow us to see if there is mileage in Kindling working with your organisation to achieve your specific goals.
We are likely to discuss the overall need for coaching within your organisation; and you'll want to understand my credentials, my approach to coaching and my pricing structures - all of which we can cover.
Another key goal for the discovery call will be for you to establish that I am the right 'fit' for your organisation. Typically, when the rapport is right, we will work well together and you'll have peace of mind that your employees will respond well to me too. Rapport is also the unique element that may lead you to select me as a coach for your organisation.
